The Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA) invites residents to get in the holiday spirit this season with a nighttime bus trip featuring holiday light displays around the Victor Valley area.• Held Friday, December 14 and Saturday, Dec. 15, the fourth annual Toy Drive and Holiday Light Tour rewards persons donating toys with tickets to the holiday light tour.

Riding comfortably aboard VVTA's newest compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the tour will depart from the Bear Valley Indoor Swap Meet at 6:00 p.m. •Passengers will then be driven through the most decorated areas of the Victor Valley.• The Holiday Light Tour provides residents with the opportunity to take part in VVTA's holiday tradition while relaxing and enjoying the spirited atmosphere without the worry of traffic and congestion.

Along with local firefighters, K-Frog 103.1 FM, and other sponsors, VVTA will be supporting the "Spark of Love Toy Drive" that provides toys to less fortunate children during the holiday season.•

Residents can get Holiday Light Tour tickets by donating toys (minimum value of $10) to the local firefighter's "Spark of Love Toy Drive," or by listening to K-Frog 103.1 FM.• Tickets are limited, so interested persons are encouraged to donate quickly.• Donation locations include Your Community Bingo, Farmer Boys, Kwik Kar, Bear Valley Indoor Swap Meet, and the K-Frog station in Hesperia.

"The Holiday Light Tour is our way of spreading holiday spirit throughout the Victor Valley," noted JoAnn Almond, Victor Valley Transit Authority Board Chair. •"As a holiday tradition, VVTA enjoys being able to generate a memorable holiday experience for local residents."
