An armed robber stole more than a dozen packs of cigarettes and cash from a Main Street convenience store Friday morning.

At approximately 1:24 a.m., a black male adult entered a convenience store on the 16300 block of Main Street and demanded cigarettes and money from the cash register. The clerk complied with the demands and the man fled the store eastbound on foot with 15 to 20 packs of cigarettes and an undisclosed sum of money.

The witness describes the suspect as a black man wearing all black clothing and carrying a black handgun.
