Election Day 2008 is here, and the Hesperia Star will be covering it through results getting finalized -- which might not be until Thursday, according to the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters.

Preliminary election results will be released by the RoV at 8:30 p.m. tonight, followed by updates at 11 p.m., 1 a.m., 6 a.m. and every 12 hours after that until all votes are counted. Look for updates on HesperiaStar.com soon after each new update.

Due to expected heavy turnout, a number of new polling locations have been added throughout the county this year. To find where you're supposed to vote (assuming you are registered at your present location), click here.
