An armed robber handcuffed beauty shop employees to a chair during a robbery Saturday afternoon.

According to a Sally Beauty Supply employee, the robber previously looked around the store on March 14 and left before returning with a semi-automatic handgun to rob them at gunpoint, handcuffing both employees to a chair and leaving the handcuff key near the back door.

Deputies from the Hesperia station of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to the report at 7 p.m.

The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash with him. The victims described him as a black male with acne, between the ages of 30 to 40, with black hair, about 6' tall, and 210 to 220 lbs.
