July 20
* Two motorists were arrested for racing down Main Street, having begun the race with a San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputy behind them.
* Hesperia Christian School was burglarized, and a cabinet in the school gymnasium broken into. Personal checks, three game consoles and a little more than $100 in cash were stolen.
* A resident was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs near the intersection of Hesperia Road and Hercules Street.
* A man was arrested near the intersection of C Avenue and Main Street for cruelty to a child after a witness saw him drink a Bud Light and then get into a car, driving off with two female juveniles as passengers.
* A residence on the 18100 block of Ranchero Road was burglarized. The unknown suspects entered the house through a window, and stole a watch, ring and camera.
* A male transient was arrested on the 9300 block of G Avenue after a witness saw him smash a car's windshield with a rock.
* A resident was arrested for being drunk in public at Live Oak Park.
