For the second time this month, a number of Hesperia businesses have been hit in a series of single-night burglaries.

Early on the morning of Sunday, September 13, San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to a series of calls along Main Street. Window were broken out of the Corral Family Restaurant, 17 Nail Spa and V Vit Hair Salon.

The rear door of Ken Mart had also been pried open and the business robbed.

Further investigation revealed that windows had been smashed at the nearby Fresh Wok and Super Slice Pizza restaurants.

Surveillance video shows two men, both around 30 years of age, one a thin Hispanic with a shaved head and the other a thin white man with short brown hair.

The burglaries resemble a series of ones committed on September 3. That night, two white male adults burglarized three restaurants, one of whom also had a shaved head. The sheriff's department is not saying the two sets of burglaries are related, however.

The evidence is "inconclusive at this time," according to Hesperia station spokeswoman Roxanne Walker.

The sheriff's department is asking anyone with information about either set of burglaries to call the Hesperia station at 947-1500 or to call the anonymous tip line at (800) 782-7463.
