For the third time in four weeks, a cluster of Hesperia businesses was burglarized late Sunday night and early Sunday morning.

Late Sunday night, San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to a burglary call at the Kenmart convenience store on the 15500 block of Main Street. The front window of the business had been broken into, and a security videotape showed a man going through drawers, registers and the store safe. The sheriff's department believes the same man has robbed the store twice before.

Several hours later, at 4:21 a.m., deputies responded to a call at Bodacious Bundts on the 17000 block of Main Street. Once again, entry was gained through a smashed window.

Another business in the same shopping center, Magic Nails, was also broken into through a broken window. Video surveillance at the shopping center shows two thin white male adults in their 20s, one with a bald or shaved head, breaking into the location.

Similar clusters of burglaries -- including a previous robbery of Kenmart and one of the Dog House Saloon, located near Magic Nail -- were committed early on the mornings of September 3 and 13.

The sheriff's department is asking anyone with information about these burglaries to call the Hesperia station at 947-1500 or to call the anonymous tip line at (800) 782-7463.
