An Apple Valley man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly stole copper wiring from a Hesperia mobile home park.

Ralph Michael Blair, 55, was arrested just after noon on March 10 after his vehicle -- a witness reported both the vehicle's description and license plate number -- was reported to have been used to transport electrical wiring stolen from a mobile home park on the 17200 block of Mesa Street in Hesperia.

Pair of wire cutters engraved with Blair's name were also reportedly found by a deputy at the Hesperia mobile home park.

Blair was arrested at his Apple Valley home and booked at Victor Valley jail on charges of commercial burglary and copper wiring.
