June 26

A man was arrested for driving under the influence near the intersection of Main Street and Rock Springs Road.
A vehicle was stolen outside Wood Grill Buffet.
A couple was arrested on the 17500 block of Lemon Street for possession of drugs for sale.

June 27

A man was stabbed 14 times shortly after midnight at the post office. Three people -- a black woman and two black men -- had demanded the victim's car keys and phone before the attack.
A 1993 blue Honda Civic four-door was stolen from an apartment complex on the 8500 block of C Avenue.
A man was arrested for felony child abuse on the 16500 block of Willow Street. His two daughters, ages 10 and 12, were kept in a house without air-conditioning or telephone and were not allowed to leave the house during the day while he was at work.
A vehicle was stolen on the 15900 block of Live Oak Street.
A vehicle was stolen on the 16700 block of Cactus Street.
A man was arrested near the intersection of 11th Avenue and Juniper Street for possession of narcotics.

June 28

A motorcycle was stolen on the 7100 block of Kenyon Avenue. It was found 100 feet down the road, with its ignition punched out.
An air-conditioning unit was stolen from the back yard of a residence on the 13600 block of Brentwood Street.
A residence on the 9100 block of C Avenue was burglarized. The thieves entered through an open back door.
A residence on the 18600 block of Yucca Street was burglarized, after its front door was kicked in.

June 29

A resident scared off a burglar on the 11500 block of Locust Avenue, when he surprised a black male adult in his home. The burglar fled the scene in a waiting silver Saturn station wagon.
A woman was arrested on the 8500 block of C Avenue for attempting to dissuade a witness. She told the victim that she would kill her and her family if the victim testified against the woman's husband in court.

June 30

A vehicle was burglarized on the 9100 block of Seal Beach Drive.
A man was arrested on the 15700 block of Main Street for being drunk in public.
A residence on the 13000 block of Menifee Court was burglarized. The thieves entered through an open back door.
A man was arrested near the intersection of Bear Valley Road and 7th Avenue for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level in excess of .08 percent.
