August 4

A vehicle was stolen on the 9000 block of I Avenue.
A vehicle was stolen on the 10300 block of 6th Avenue.
A residence on the 16000 block of Mission Street. The thieves left the front door open, and guns and money were reported stolen.

August 7

A motorist was arrested near the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Main Street for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level in excess of .08 percent.
A motorist was arrested near the intersection of Hemlock Avenue and Oakwood Avenue for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level in excess of .08 percent.
Ranchero Middle School was burglarized.
A woman was arrested for being drunk in public on the 8900 block of Glenwood Avenue.

August 8

A motorist was arrested near the intersection of Main Street and 7th Avenue for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level in excess of .08 percent.
A man was arrested near the intersection of Bear Valley and Hesperia Roads for being drunk in public. He was found passed out in the middle of the street.
A vehicle was stolen on the 17400 block of Mesa Street.
A residence on the 8400 block of Buckthorn Avenue was burglarized. Thieves left the garage door open after the robbery.

August 9

A resident was arrested on the 15500 block of Main Street for possession of dangerous drugs.
A vehicle was stolen from a driveway of a residence on the 9000 block of Honeysuckle Avenue.
A man was arrested for being under the influence of drugs on the 16800 block of Main Street. A witness reported seeing him shooting up inside a car.
A vehicle was stolen on the 15200 block of Palm Street.
