DESERT HOT SPRINGS 3, OAK HILLS 56: Senior running back Marshaun Coprich scored five touchdowns and the Oak Hills offense racked 367 total yards to thoroughly defeat Desert Hot Springs 56-3 on Friday night.



HESPERIA 10, GRANITE HILLS 26: Wavon Parker rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown and Will Morgan returned a kick 90 yards for a touchdown to open the second half to lead Granite Hills to a 26-10 win over Hesperia on Thursday night at Newton T. Bass Stadium.



HESPERIA CHRISTIAN 24, IMMANUEL CHRISTIAN 12: Kiefer Lux scored on the ground, through the air and on a punt return Friday night for Hesperia Christian to help the Patriots even their record at 1-1 and defeat Immanuel Christian 24-12.



SULTANA 39, SAN BERNARDINO 13: Darnell Aponte and Terrance Lange combined to run for six touchdowns as Sultana began its season with a 39-13 road win against San Bernardino on Friday night.



Prep tennis


SILVERADO 11, HESPERIA 7: It wasn't the prettiest way to begin the regular season, but it got the job done. Tied 7-7 late in the match, Silverado won the final four sets to grab a season-opening 11-7 win over Hesperia in hot, blustery conditions on Thursday afternoon.



OAK HILLS 14, KNIGHT 4: At Hesperia, the Bulldogs went 9-0 in doubles to pick up their first win of the season Friday afternoon.



Prep girls volleyball


OAK HILLS 2, GRANITE HILLS 0: At Oak Hills, the Bulldogs knocked off the Cougars 25-10 and 25-16 in the championship match of the Second Annual Bulldog Volleyball Tournament on Saturday



VICTOR VALLEY 3, SULTANA 1: At Victorville, the Jackrabbits stayed perfect on the young season with a 25-14, 25-20, 23-25 and 25-17 victory over the Sultans on Thursday.



HESPERIA 3, BARSTOW 1: At Barstow, Maeghan Higgins helped the Scorpions beat the Aztecs with 19 kills and five aces in their season opener Thursday.



OAK HILLS 3, ARROYO 0: At San Bernardino, the Bulldogs won their season opener in convincing fashion Thursday.



SULTANA 3, BARSTOW 1: At Hesperia, the Sultans knocked off the Aztecs in their season opener 25-16, 25-17, 20-25 and 25-17 on Wednesday.
