The fall drama productions at Hesperia and Sultana High Schools this week will be long on comedy and short on serious drama.


Sultana High School is performing "The Iliad, The Odyssey and All of Greek Mythology in 99 minutes or Less!" by Jay Hopkins and John Hunter. The show will be performed today through Friday at 6 p.m. each day, with an additional 3 p.m. matinee on Friday. Tickets are $5. The show will be performed in Sultan Hall at Sultana High School.


Across town, Hesperia High School will be performing "Harry Potter and the Obnoxious Voice" by Jeannette Jaquish. The show will run Wednesday through Saturday. The show will be performed at 7 p.m., with a 2 p.m. Saturday matinee. Tickets are $7 and $5 for children. The show will be performed in the multipurpose room at Oak Hills High School.
