Hesperia's Krystal School of Science, Math and Technology was one of just five High Desert schools that went back in time during the 22nd annual History Day competition at Summit High School in Fontana.

The History Day competition, which gave students the chance to compete individually or in a group, centered on the theme: "Revolution, Reaction, Reform In History."

Sponsored by the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools and Summit High, 290 students, fourth-grade-through-high-school, in nine districts and one private school, participated in the event.
