Former KCBS Channel 2 consumer advocate Mike "Bogey" Boguslawski is again handling consumer complaints for our readers.


As referee and mediator between the public and the business community, Boguslawski tries to make a fair call when customers cry foul.


To seek Boguslawski's help, write a letter that clearly and concisely describes the problem, with your full name, mailing address, daytime phone number and e-mail address, if available. Include the name, address and phone number for the opposing party. Include a statement granting Bogey full permission to investigate and handle the case under HIPPA and related laws.
