HESPERIA Deputies arrested two Victorville men for the Sunday morning shooting death of a Rancho Cucamonga man in the parking lot of DJ's Sports Bar and Grill, sheriff's officials said.

Michael Jermaine Favors, 21, and Jesse Anatole Davis, 35, were arrested on suspicion of murder and booked into Victor Valley Jail, San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials said Monday.

Shots were fired around 1:16 a.m. in the nightclub parking lot in the 12000 block of Mariposa Road, killing Britain Clayborn, 24, deputies said.

Investigators learned that the shooter left in a vehicle with another person. The suspect vehicle was located in Victorville on Sunday afternoon, and Favors and Davis were later identified and arrested, officials said.

Davis also was booked on suspicion of being an accessory to a felony, according to jail records.

Both men are being held without bail and are scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court Tuesday, officials said. Neither has been charged in the past with a felony in San Bernardino County, according to court records.
