Party too loud and you'll pay

If you're going to have a party, be sure to respect your neighbors. If you don't, it could cost you.

The City of Hesperia's nuisance party ordinance states that, when a deputy first responds to a disturbance call, the homeowner or person in charge of the residence will receive a warning. For the second call within 24 hours, a $150 fine will be issued. The third call within one month, a $500 fine will be issued. The fourth call within six months, a $1,000 fine will be issued. Additional calls within a one year period will generate a $2,500 fine.

Hope the City of Hesperia doesn't put too many eggs in their little make-money basket for this wet-blanket party law. In the years I lived in Hesperia, I never heard or witnessed any loud house parties that were told to disperse or reduce the noise once. I attributed it to Hesperians lacking reason to have anything to socially celebrate in a city that isn't very stimulating for residents below the Federal retirement age.

My neighbors need to get a life. Someone called the cops even when we went around letting them know we were having a party. GET A LIFE go live in a old folks home if you cant handle the noise.

can they please do that for apple valley too its getting crazy out here they are out of control there is a house on gay head that has party's all the time and they have it all night long, its so loud and so many cars they people who live around here just cna't get any sleep and most of us work in the day and some work at night, but by the time the police show up its well past 3am its just nuts, they do not care and they drive the cars up and down Ramona racing and skidding we even have a drug house between flathead and gay head but the police wont stop them either, its on a dirt road access road right in the midde on the left hand side they are there every thursday thru sunday its like clock work there is a bron junky car a black car and some others but they just keep coming but they just wont stop them the must not care the house next door to me is a pot house at 21350 Ramona there growing a farm there everyone knows it here but its just a matter of time before there caught i hope. there house sitters and there only there to water there plants and than there gone. everyone has seen strange things from this place and the drug house has been doing this for ever but we just have reported them so many times and nothing.
