Police: Mom brought 6-week-old baby along on burglary
Deputies arrest three; child turned over to grandmother
San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested three people for allegedly stealing from Target -- one of whom had brought along her six-week-old child.
Shortly after noon on Thursday, deputies responded to the Target store on the 12700 block of Main Street, where store security had two people -- Alexandria Lynn Webster, 19, and Joshua Michael Ferriera, 19, both of Barstow -- in custody for allegedly attempting to steal from the store. A third suspect -- Gabriel Michael Ferriera, 18, of Menifee -- had fled the store but was located soon thereafter by a deputy.
Webster and Joshua Ferriera have allegedly stolen from the store before, according to the department.
All three suspects were taken to the Hesperia station. Webster's six-week-old child was with her at the time of the arrest, and the child was turned over to its grandmother.
A search warrant was obtained for Webster's Barstow home and property from the previous Target robbery was reportedly recovered.
All three suspects were booked into Victor Valley Jail on burglary charges.

| Beau, not that it matters, but which is it? 6 month old or 6 week old. Story and headline had conflicting ages. Thought you'd like to know. |
