The Beatless

The Beatles had John, Paul,George and Ringo and hailed from Liverpool. The Beatless (with an added "s") have Paul, Darrelyn, Jerry, Patrick and even some love (band member Tim Love) while representing Southern California. While the Beatless aren't exactly a household name, area audiences increasingly are saying the rockin' quintet are fab.

The Beatless will be the featured band during Hesperia's 20th anniversary celebration at the new Hesperia Civic Park on Saturday, June 28.

Certainly the Beatless are not without a backbeat. In fact, they are known for having one of the best rock drummers around. In fact, the band's fantastic five bring a combined 100 years of experience to the stage.

The band plays many Beatles songs including "Please Mr. Postman," "Twist and Shout," "Day Tripper," "Ticket to Ride," "Something," "Hey Jude" and many more. While the Beatless play many Beatles songs, they aren't a Beatles tribute band, per se. They also perform songs from the Beach Boys, the Bee Gees, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, the Doors, the Eagles, James Taylor, the Monkees, the Rolling Stones and many more.

The band plays several styles of music including R&B, disco, surf, latin and British Invasion.

Through the years, they've played number concerts in the park, church dances and corporate events.
