Gang member arrested for Halloween party slaying

A Pico Rivera gang member was arrested for the murder of a Los Angeles man killed at a Hesperia Halloween party.

Jesus R. Ramon, 32, was arrested at his Perris residence Friday, Oct. 30, by San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputies. Ramon allegedly shot Martin Lopez-Tiana, 43, at a party on the 11000 block of 4th Avenue at a party on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Anyone with additional information on the crime is asked to call the sheriff's Homicide division at (909) 387-3589, or the anonymous WE Tip line at (800) 782-7463.
