Robber, robber: Gunman steals pizza, no cash
Apparently, all he wanted was the pizza.
Thursday, at 8:15 p.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to an armed robbery call on the 16800 block of Main Street.
Upon arrival, they were told that a man entered the Little Caesar's Pizza in the K-Mart shopping center. The man then brandished what appeared to be a black handgun and demanded three pizzas.
Taking the pizzas -- but no cash -- the man got into a waiting black Buick outside, and he and the driver fled the scene.
The armed robber is described as a Hispanic man between 24 and 28 years old, 5'6" tall with an average build. He was reportedly wearing a black Raiders baseball cap, white shirt and jeans.
The investigation is ongoing.
