Terrific talent

Hesperia High School's most talented - and a few with a prodigious amount of bravery - sang, danced, acted, cajoled during the 12th annual Felix Curi Memorial Talent Show last Saturday night at Sultan Hall.

Sponsored by the HHS Parent Center and Drama Club, proceeds from the event will go to help Hesperia High School students. Mrs. Felix Curi, the French Club, Elisa Nigro, the Drama Club and Paula Hunter served as event advisors. HHS Parent Center Volunteers organized the event. They included coordinator Denise McKinney, co-coordinator Mary Jane Sampson, secretary Flavia Kraig, treasurer Lillian Watson, historian Mayra Tinoco and fundraising coordinator Denise Overstreet.

Serving as masters of ceremony were Jonathan Godinho and Quentin Purviance for Act I and Kasarah Afleje and Heather Oliver for Act II.
