VICTORVILLE — Big Bear Lake Mayor Jay Obernolte and educator John Coffey disagreed on high-speed rail and a fire prevention fee Thursday night during a 33rd Assembly District candidate forum at Victor Valley College.The candidates also had differing opinions on whether a citizens oversight committee for local authorities should be pushed in Sacramento.
